Natasha Hall is an artist who lives in Greensborough, Victoria. She explores stories about childhood and the natural world through collage, found objects and photography.
“My heart beats faster when I see the similarity in structural qualities of what I have captured in my photograph and the object I hold in my hand. I sincerely hope you find the beauty in my artworks, and you have your own moments of seeing the parallel in colours, shapes and textures.”
Natasha creates delicate and detailed artworks that explore the smallest details in nature and the most fleeting moments of childhood.
Natasha was inspired to return to her creative self after the birth of her daughter and muse Emily. After 9 years following her corporate dreams in business and marketing, during her maternity leave she recognised her need to slow down and truly appreciate time with her family and the beauty in the everyday.
“Emily taught me to calm my mind; to stop and appreciate the precious moments we have with our children and rediscover the beauty that surrounds us every day. I never get sick of her asking me – what’s this, this flower is for you Mum.”
